Foul Odor Conspiracies

Is it possible to get anything else out of the foul odor call except for the "bug"?

I just tried it three different ways back to back, and wasted a police car, all for that caller to blab out about the conspiracy theories and get the call shut down. I was trying to get some other input from the police without the conspiracy word dragging Manager 13 out, but it didn't work. They said it was noncritical and the call still got shut down.

Why do you suppose Manager 13 is so johnny on the spot with this one? Or maybe we ought to reverse that, maybe it's okay or even good for us to learn some of the other things?

Okay, stubbornness here tried to send the police again.

It said:

police response unit in use
deemed non-critical
police car 014-12 will respond

There's no timer saying they're going, but I still lost my police car.

That's the same thing it did last time.
