Am I the only one who can’t get passed 3 stars on the crazy man that keeps heads the book club “noise”? If you have PLEASE help me out.

That’s extremely hard to do ... I do not know how to do that. I tell him to go talk to them and he gets upset and get sarcastic. I even tried helping him with the police. I’m lost. Plz help.

I got the noise complaint call, and I tried the tactic of picking options that were more likely to please the caller. I got 3 stars.

My experiment was messed up though because the "go on over there" option got stuck or something.

Pretty sure I tried that last time and that didn't happen? I've been taking a devil may care attitude with my calls lately trying to see different things and get info out of people. lol

Here are all the options I chose, when we had more than one:
it's a bit early
did you ask them to keep it down?
define "nuts"
totally get it
guess the nature of the club - guessed all
makes total sense
can't send the police
go on over there - hit that several times - guess it was stuck
put some ear plugs in
there you go!

It may not be possible to get a higher rating, particularly if it has anything to do with the caller's assessment because they're just unreasonable. I'll keep trying things and see what happens.

Did the noise complaint call again. Tried to go the completely opposite route this time.  Got 1 star.

Have you tried sending a police car? I didn't have one either of these two times.

I've only ever got 3 stars in this one as well. I don't how to get it up to 5.
I remember once he was mad and was threatening to kill someone, and I answered "There you go." He was so shocked by that, he dropped it. Like he couldn't believe you'd actually believe he'd do that or that he was capable of that. I don't remember how many stars I got. I think it was 3.

Sent the police car and the police told them they couldn't hear the noise and that they're allowed to meet so the person threatened to call the BBB and I got 1 star.

Wasn't going to send the police car, but I don't think it'd matter if I had sent it before, I believe the police have always had the same reaction so no matter when you choose to send them or what else you choose the caller's reaction can't be but so good.
