Unless I send an ambulance, the snake victim has the assumption of dying and I get one star. I felt like damn ... you just gonna die just like that 😂

You don’t need to use an ambulance, but if you do not know first aid then yeah, my first time I already used my ambulance and I had to let him go

I've gotten 5 stars without using the ambulance too, although it took me a bit to figure out how.
