i personally think it is just a typo or something like that, because the game still has bugs and there are typos and stuff so i doubt there is something behind the address

for the phone book, you gain it from the pizza call, you have to help the dude and memorize the pizza order he wants, and then you gotta mention something about using a phone book next time and he will give it to you, it grants you the ability to contact your manager.

it is, i got it on my first shift, it is related to the morse code one, he calls you a second time and he asks if you can hack, i still try every shift to get the second call back but i just can't, almost like it just dissappears after the first shift.
