Dialogue corrections

101-13 Burglary

In my second play through I chose to call the police rather then get the neighbour to pull thier alarm but Manager 13 still says “Really smart with the alarm”.

771-07 Mist
When talking to the caller makes a joke about his wife, regardless of the option you choose it gives the same dialogue next, of which the response to “I don’t get the joke” doesn’t make sense.

771-07 Mist inside the house.

When the caller asks “So what about the MIST?!” you have the option to choose get out of the house or cut the electricity like the neighbor did. If you pick get out of the house, the caller responds with “Good idea, it worked for him” which only makes sense if you had picked the other option.

Are these actually helping?

I've noticed some things like that too. May write some of them down when I get to them again. Maybe it's supposed to add to the "something's not right here" vibe, or can.

Jujitsu? I'm going to learn jujitsu?

Do not try to bend the spoon. That is impossible. Instead, only try to realize the truth. That there is no spoon. Then you will see that it is not the spoon that bends. It is only yourself.

She told you exactly what you needed to hear. That's all.

Thank you! Super helpful. There's a few spots in the script where the engine could pick the path of an alternate choice for one dialogue option and I'd love to get those corrected but they're really hard to find without just playing through all the different paths.

Keep these coming as you come across them if you want - it makes it really easy for me to find and fix!

I was doing the foul odor call and I tried to send a police car after the caller went over to check on Mr. Boyd.

After being notified that I was sending police, the caller said:

Thanks! Saves me the hassle... I didn't want to go over there. I don't want to see him dead, and if he's alive, I've got no time for another of his conspiracy theories.

------

At the end of that same call, I got the option to say
Thanks Manager 13

they said nothing but it gave me a new option that just said

thanks.

-----

And from the pizza call:

"I will await my fresh from the stone over pizza."

In the ambulance escort call:

Sounds like a feverish kid- > I've been riding 443-04 for 7 years
You've got to sedate him -> Okay honestly, it's my first day... I was thinking sedate too, but I'm not sure how.

771-07 Strange Mist in the Air

- called fire department
- responded "It COULD be combustable."

Should be combustible.

- caller replies "Ok that's could be so."

Should be "that", not "that's"

Caller: If anything else happens I'll call back but until then I am staying put!
- one of the two choices is "I think you imagining things, you'll be fine."

should be "you're"

015-15 Intruder

Accept > Can you see the intruder? > We? > Book Club! > I think the intruder is your neighbor. > Yes, I just spoke to him. > I'm struggling to comprehend

Caller: He's has always been crazy, lately he's just all out of sorts.

- should be "He has" or just "He's"

443-04 paramedics need assist

443 Out. > Radio speak?! > What's the trouble? > Jeremy? > What are you seeing?

Caller: Of course we've seen that!

Doesn't make complete sense in context really:

Quote
Caller: I mean - the fire poker is gnarly... but...
Me: Jeremy? Salton Lane? Fire poker?
Caller: Yea that's him! Good call on the ambulance, he's in a bad way.
Me: What are you seeing?
Caller: Of course we've seen that!

like I think it's supposed to be a response to "the fire poker?"

(Will update with more, I know there are other things but wanna make sure I get specifics right)

Was just doing the hello call and I noticed:

the fire brigade is one time capitalized as Fire when I don't think it should be

and

reevaluate is spelled revaluate.

Noise complaint call:

YEAH THEY'RE GOING TO NEED AND AMBULANCE

Strange Mist call:

There's an odd lack of commas from the EMT in this call and there was a question as an option that had no question mark.

In the SOS call

First, reprimand is spelled wrong.

"I'd hate to have to repremand you."

Then, is this intentional?

I'd hate to have to repremand you.

Actually - No I don't think I would.

Rewind lost

BUT...

Today I won't.

In the Blood Everywhere call:

you've literally sentenced my son to son to death

----

In the Cats? call:

if you send the ambulance, it plays that bit about the cats melting twice, once before the EMTs arrive and once afterward.

also

Oh her Lara! Nice to meet you. Hows you’re shift going tonight?

also

Not even on cat

----

In the Strange Mist call:

I thought the caller was outside, but when the ambulance arrived, they started talking about going to their window to see the ambulance coming.
