Will you be adding shifts in instead of random calls or adding the calls we have already into the call center so people are confused? I can see where people are getting confused if they didn’t start out with you, like some of us did ... I think if you merge all the calls into the call center people can see the calls lined up and each shift brings up a new set of calls. I don’t know 🤷🏾♀️, I could be all over the place but I’m trying to see how keeping the original script and putting the call center in one would work 🤷🏾♀️
