Sudden stoppage of 2nd to last call

So I was on the pizza call and finished the dialogue bit and at that point the caller was saying thank you. The call then just froze and nothing nothing loaded up. I accidentally pressed requested call on the call with the Morse code but I didn't think that was the case.
