Art3mis, thanks, but it was over 100 times. Embarrassed to admit it, I had no idea I had clicked it that many times until I scrolled back up, and I stopped scrolling because that got so irritating. I was doing a bunch of other stuff on the computer at the same time.
Sometime, I'll try again and stop after 20. Maybe a fresh game will help.

Hi Kyle, I hit "a little longer" a ridiculous number of times and nothing happened. Think it's a bug.

I just tried it and I clicked "a little longer" a ridiculous amount of times while I was doing other things on the computer. I never got the skill. Apparently there's a bug here. I eventually clicked maybe this was a bad idea just to stop it.

Could they climb certain kinds of exteriors? Maybe some of them were in the trees or on the roof like a creature feature and the caller didn't realize it because it's night.
Or maybe they're actually hover cats. lol Didn't the police find some weird collar on them? It could have powers like the collar on the cat from outer space?
I assume we've all wondered whether the cats are "real" in various different applications of the term, illusions, AI, etc. Space cats? lol
This is veering off the subject but now that I've thought about space cats, and researched the term because I couldn't remember the name of the movie, I feel I have to share this hilarious bunnies in space video because, well, everyone needs to see it - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Punzp4ektVM

I can definitely see where people are getting the idea that Manager 13 is AI, but if I go with the Manager 13 AI theory, I'm inclined to think Jensen is deliberately or accidentally responsible for the whole thing. And Manager 7 is probably AI if 13 is, either that or some handler.
How does the proximity bit fit in? The resources are supposed to be able to get there really fast because they're really close to everyone? That doesn't really make sense at face value, unless there's like emergency responders on every corner, so what does it really mean? Are they not humans either? Not working on any real people? Who is getting killed?

I was gonna check it out, but it says I have to ask permission for access. Is that right?
I didn't get fancy with mine, it's just a bunch of color-coded blocks, and some of the calls have way more info in them because I was in a "restart call" frenzy.

Who the heck is the uppity dude in the Hello call? Every single time I've got written down what they said, they had a serious attitude, but more than that, they're suspicious.
What I've got recorded:
They can't talk to anyone,
brag about being in military,
call the officers putzes,
refuse to let emergency services go, and they don't go,
there was a weird threat investigation when I sent the police,
they call the firemen the fire brigade, which I knew sounded odd and I looked it up, it's British,
told me what's what about sending the "fire brigade", about how people could die, wasting resources. Who does that sound like?
