Am I supposed to have the phenomenal cosmic power to get rid of spammers and I'm missing it, or am I sticking to deleting posts? Either's okay. I just want to make sure I'm not neglecting a duty because I can't figure it out.

Pizza call:
ambulances should delivery all pizzas
and it says unit 929-92 arriving, then when they patch themselves in, the number is 33-420. Aren't these normally the same?

I'm not sure yet. I have made two observations that probably are nothing new to anyone else.
I was blown away when it said I deleted everything. It then wouldn't let me restart the call or log the rating, but nothing else changed about the game. Maybe it booted me out. Or maybe I just hit my limit of restarts. Somebody recently asked about a limit on those I think.

sends a fire truck, which Manager 13 interrupts and says they'll give it back.
"Don’t worry about that fire truck, we’ll take care of this. Here have it back"
If you try to send the fire truck to the SOS person in the regular call, Manager 13 interrupts and says the exact same thing.

First, reprimand is spelled wrong.

I've got written down that I got 5 stars for letting the caller steal the ambulance. It was great. lol
You call the ambulance, and when the EMTs give them a hard time, tell them to start screaming and then pretty much egg them on to all bad things after that.
