I answered 5 calls last time and it didn't save them. Opened up to the same call it did last time with the same call up above it.

Has anyone else noticed that the strange mist caller reasons that "this is bigger than us" and then Jensen very shortly tells us the very same thing, seriously, it's the exact words? I feel like he either knows what was said and is affirming it, or it's one of those someone isn't who they're supposed to be deals.

Who the heck is the uppity dude in the Hello call? Every single time I've got written down what they said, they had a serious attitude, but more than that, they're suspicious.
What I've got recorded:
They can't talk to anyone,
brag about being in military,
call the officers putzes,
refuse to let emergency services go, and they don't go,
there was a weird threat investigation when I sent the police,
they call the firemen the fire brigade, which I knew sounded odd and I looked it up, it's British,
told me what's what about sending the "fire brigade", about how people could die, wasting resources. Who does that sound like?

Other Issues/Questions / Kernel Star

I sent the fire truck to the kernel job and delighted the little kid to no end, call got completed successfully, everyone was happy, but I only got 1 star? I don't remember any of my other ratings seeming so mismatched unless Manager 13 was trying to cover up something. Mistake or clue?

I tried the contact Manager option for the second time in a row, and it said

then the whole
DISPATCH MANAGER CONNECT
MANAGER: 13
bit, but then it never gave me an option to select. May be frozen. I tried closing out the game a couple of times, and it's still like that. Looks like I have to do a clean start.

I have questions about this simulation deal.
Manager 13 admits to a simulation based on a real call for training.
Jensen says there's a psychological simulation also for training.
So I guess we're to assume it's the same call? My bear call?
Or not?
Is there significance to the way they describe the simulation?
Did Jensen also claim it was based on a real call? (I don't remember)
If there was a real call, what really happened and does it mean anything?
Are all the calls based on real calls or completely made up?
