Tried the noise complaint call again after newly acquiring martial arts. Instead of saying "skill required" when I tell him to go talk the neighbors, it says "temporarily unavailable."  ???

Also TheBear, you just gotta keep going lol. I think I pressed it 15-20 times?

KimiLeta YOU FOUND IT!!!! I knew I had read that Communication was a skill somewhere (but had glossed over Wildlife Safety, apparently...) but I couldn’t remember.

While we’re talking about the website, I decided to write down all of the caller and error codes and dig through the site’s code to see if I could find anything. I’m definitely not great at computers and merely  how to open the terminal on Chrome, so anyone that’s good at this feel free to take a stab. I’m mentioning this because there’s a way to force Manager 13 to assign a developer/coder to find the bug that keeps causing the glitches. Could there be a clue there?

I’ve just been snooping around the “pause” page because I still have the Contact Manager glitch ( :( ) but I noticed something interesting about the phone book skill. It says, “Reach out and touch someone, or at least connect via your new Contact List.” Since everyone has a JoinDispatch terminal, which serves as a phone, does that mean we might be able to physically reach out to a caller?

Yeah HerStory, I’ve done the works...quit from the app, force quit, restart my phone, everything. Still doesn’t progress past “contact manager.” There aren’t even any more buttons to hit that I haven’t tried yet. If we had a way to save our progress by email or something that would be ideal, so I could just uninstall then re-download.

Just had an idea. Maybe the Recommended Path we set from our choices in the simulation dictate the "best" choices for the rest of the game? Like if you follow our recommended path of "optimist" with optimistic choices, you're more likely to get 5 stars. The pizza call is a pretty low-risk situation (aka not really any terrible endings) so maybe the effects of this are exaggerated.

HerStory...I saw you mention somewhere that saying you don't like your job to Manager 13 kicks you back to the beginning. Do you mean beginning of the call or actually a full reset??

Suggestions / Text When Choosing Response Option

This is a super minor gripe, but every time you choose a response option it's the other option that changes color and flashes so I sometimes panic and think I hit the wrong thing. It's gotten better as I play through multiple times and memorize the options, but still slips me up sometimes.

On the CATS?! call, I immediately called the firetruck (like before he offers to send the picture) and asks to talk to the firefighters when they come. I got the option to ask their name when they identify themselves by their firefighter code. They say it's against policy and get mad (they could get in trouble if the call is reviewed). Dispatch glitches in and calls after, I ask them to review the call, nothing happens? Tried the same exact process with the ambulance, but I pressed a bit and we introduced ourselves (her name was Ashley), then we chatted a bit. There was another option instead of "asking her name" but I didn't write it down--that's what happens when you play really tired and early in the morning...Anyways, I attached a screenshot of the firetruck exchange. Couldn't get the ambulance call to repeat because the resource was never available after that first go.

Since the EMT was friendly, maybe a slightly different choice would get her to teach me how to read the ambulance code? Not sure.

Yes! I didn't use any of the resources, and told the caller to Keep their adrenaline up! and fight the bear with a weapon. I also called him a baby. At the end of the call, told him to play dead and he survived. Manager 13 mentioned that this was a pretty unique and rare outcome. I'm not quite sure about the exact recommended path name (will have to play through and write it down) but it mentioned aggression. It also documented that I created a "feeling of inferiority" by calling the caller a baby and "increased the scope of threat" by recommending the use of a weapon.

More reasons I continue to entertain my pet theory: how is it that callers can "upload" skills to us of their own volition, skills that we immediately learn and can use? Seems a little fishy, no? By the way, here's the third image that completes the above exchange (file was too big to attach all three).

I got this impression immediately after my first shift, although I've since questioned it after 3-4 repeats. However, something that came up on the CATS?! call that brought this to my attention again. I called the ambulance almost immediately after the beginning the call (after just a few exchanges, before he offers to send a picture). I then convinced the ambulance that he needed a psych eval and should be taken away. Caller freaks out and says that one of his buddies was hospitalized for something similar and that "They told there was a complication, but we never saw him again..." Dispatch comes in (and doesn't even identify themselves as Manager 13) and I mention that I'm concerned, then he makes the following slipup (pics attached).

Yeah, I also got a 2-star rating one time when he said he would give me 5 stars (the way where you recite his order)! The next shift I tried it again and got 5 stars, so I'm thinking it's a bug?
