Bugs / Stuck on Glitch

So at the end of the shift, when the Manager 13 goes nuts and then you get the last call about the fog, I’ve encountered a glitch that will not allow me to move forward in the game. I even tried restarting the game, and it’s stil stuck on the same glitch.
After Manager 13 loses it, and the last call about the most comes up, I decided to see what would happen if I searched for other callers instead of accepting the call. At first it said it was searching for other callers like usual, and then it looked like it was going to connect me to manager again.
And then the screen just changed to the “Connecting” screen. And not it just cycles through “Connecting” and “Welcome Amanda” over and over and over. The music also starts over each time. What should I do?
