I answered 5 calls last time and it didn't save them. Opened up to the same call it did last time with the same call up above it.

Several of us have reported a rating issue in another post. With mine, I don't remember if I checked the log or not, but the message at the end of the pizza call said I got 1 star, though I played the call the same way I got 5 in the past and the caller said they were giving me 5. It counted as a failure at the end of my shift too.

On the same call (pizza) I ended up with the usual 5-star ending but in the end it game it gave me 1 star
This happened to me. The pizza guy said he was giving me 5 stars but I only got 1 star. I hope it doesn't completely mess up my plan for this shift.

You didn't do anything wrong TreeTastic, it's a fine idea. Just adding in my 2 cents about what I'd like to see included in a skip option.
