Title: No text appearing?

I’m currently in my second playthrough, but after hacking (the VSX path), no text appears for call information, caller messages, or Manager 13 messages, only the response options. Is this a bug or an intended feature?

I am pretty sure it is a bug, but just closing out of the app completely and opening it again should do the trick. For IOS that means hitting the home button twice and sliding up and I do not remember how to do it on Android as I have not used one recently.
