Title: Pizza Call

So I just updated & tried the pizza call again. I got told I’m gonna get 5 stars but ended up getting 2 stars.

Several of us have reported a rating issue in another post. With mine, I don't remember if I checked the log or not, but the message at the end of the pizza call said I got 1 star, though I played the call the same way I got 5 in the past and the caller said they were giving me 5. It counted as a failure at the end of my shift too.

I did not comment on that other thread because this is AFTER the update utilizing the new call center.

He’s on the other post ... I’m pretty sure he understood that he put out the update and I was commenting on the call center since that is the is the update. You will notice that he asked me if I was talking about the call center.

Got it - I thought I had this fixed - but I just looked through the call again and there is a particular set of circumstances that would've caused this previously! I'll have it fixed in the call center and the shift today.

Since the newest update from last night ... it still gives you 2 stars from the call center ... unless getting it right is wrong and 2 stars are legit after he says 5.

I love pickles tho ... I was happy that I got 5. It I’m trying to figure out what I’m supposed to get from it, if anything else but the 5 stars.
