I'm not sure if it's a typo or not but did anyone else notice that the address for the person reporting the noise complaint and the address for "a kernel" are the same? 811 Cleveland.
Does that mean anything or am I just noticing things that don't matter?

In the call with the creepy boy and the message that you can barely understand, does anyone know how we unlock the skill that will allow us to understand the 10 code that the paramedics give at the beginning of the call? I've played the game multiple times and nothing changes, it still says that I don't have the correct skill.
