Title: First aid and scratch restart

Restarted from scratch and kept first aid, but when I got to the slip and slide call and tried to use it to tell the caller to elevate the leg it said skill required.

Why are you telling them to elevate the leg?

I did that just to test if the first aid skill was in fact working after a scratch restart
