I noticed that scenarios that used to give me 5 stars are giving me less ... example: I used to get 5 stars on the pizza call and using the same options it gave me 2 stars. I don’t know 🤷🏾‍♀️ if this a bug or you changed some scripts.

On the same call (pizza) I ended up with the usual 5-star ending but in the end it game it gave me 1 star

I've been having the same issue. The caller is happy and the problem is resolved, but I get 1 or 2 stars

This happened to me. The pizza guy said he was giving me 5 stars but I only got 1 star. I hope it doesn't completely mess up my plan for this shift.  :(
