Penelope Garcia is the hacker character on Criminal Minds (not sure if the name is a nod to the character). Kyle would have to confirm.

Bugs / Re: Contact Manager

This occurs while trying to contact the manager during the Kernel mission. It was my 3rd or 4th time contacting the manager. The screen loads with the typical "Dispatch manager connect"
"Manager: 13"
"Bit: 0"

And at the bottom there is a little tiny arrow pointing down with a circle around it. The same as the scroll icon. You can rewind (1)x to get back to accepting the mission--after that it becomes a game breaking bug that forces you to delete your progress and restart or be stuck.

I think it's entirely possible that the player character is an A.I. which is why we're being run through the simulations--to see if an A.I. can actually eliminate the human component and be faster. Perhaps some forces are hoping to make us more evil (the watchers could easily be an alien/robotic/A.I. species that travels via electricity like that movie that took place in Russia.) and others are trying to get us to not kill.
