This should be fixed in the latest build I released to Android just a few minutes ago - hopefully you'll see the update in the store within the next half hour or so! Let me know how it works out!
I'm building both iOS and Android at the same time - so I've tried to combine their codebases as best as possible so I can keep the releases in sync going forward. Until they're totally synced up though one will lag behind the other as I do catch up work to get the other caught up to the latest.

I'm committed to making the game play flawlessly on iOS or Android, as many devices as possible - couldn't do it without all the help from the forums and beta testers.
